Go Warhawks!

On October 22nd we met up with Grandma Ellie, Grandpa Bill, and Grandma Eda in Whitewater for breakfast before heading to the University of Whitewater campus for homecoming.  After filling our bellies Bill and I went with Edmund to show him around.  Our little Warhawk soaked it all in and we think next year he'll really enjoy the parade and alumni tent.

Saturday Mornings

Every Saturday for the past month or so we've had a little family time in our bedroom.  It's always so delightful hearing Edmund talk, and watching him smile, wiggle, play, and kick around, but on Saturday mornings we get to soak all of these things in and not feel rushed to go somewhere or get something done.  It's a perfect way to start off our weekend and reconnect with one another after a hectic week.

The Great Pumpkin

We went to our local pumpkin patch just outside of town to get the Wilson family pumpkins.  This was Edmund's first experience with pumpkins, an animal farm, haunted hay maze, and cut out picture board photo ops.   Mommy and Daddy took full advance of his cuteness and posed him all around the patch.  We can't wait for next year when he'll stumbling his way through everything.

Edmund's Four Month Photos

Edmund is now 4 months old!  He's started to take to formula at daycare, allowing mom to catch up to his appetite.  Daycare has even requested that we bring in 8oz bottles because he's starting to increase how much he eats in one sitting.  He's been on a small road trip to his first wedding and his first hotel stay in Oshkosh, WI.  Bill and I have noticed him cooing more and being more precise with his play time and how he grabs and looks at toys.  Edmund might also be gearing up for his first tooth, as he drools like crazy and has to munch on everything, including our hands and fingers.  As you can see in the photos he's just a joy to be around and such a happy little expressive fella.
